At what wind speed would reinforced concrete fail?

If the concrete is well made and well reinforced and forming a piece that is all in compression (no sticky out bits to catch the wind and put part of the concrete in tension) then resisting 150 mph winds should be expected. That is about as bad as a hurricane gets..
