Where and how do girls meet guys that become their boyfriends?

First off, I am 22 asking this question not a 13 year old infatuated with a middle schooler. I am serious, I do not know where women meet decent men. I do not go to the club often but sometimes and when I do it is with a few friends and we dance with other guys but that is it, guys in clubs are there just for the dance in my opinion, chances of meeting a decent guy there is slim. Anyways, I am an attractive girl, 5'2" and about 115 pounds but I just cannot seem to get a boyfriend. The few guys I do come across and end up liking always say "I am not looking for a relationship" which we all know translates into they just want to have . I really want a serious boyfriend and don't feed me that garbage line of "stop looking then someone will come" because it is not true, I have stopped wanting it and stopped looking and no one came around. So my question is, where do girls meet their boyfriends? I even tried the internet dating sites with no luck, most of them are jerks! I think I will be single forever.
