Is this guy just using me or like me?

Kind of the same predicament as my last question... So there's this guy and I've likes him for a while now. I think he knows, but I can't be sure. When we're in cl and sitting close to each other for a Project or something, he'll always tease me about being Asian. (my whole school became Asian-teasing) he always incorporaes 'asian' into our conversations I find it boring at times and repetitive it's like 'is there anything else you know besides my race?' one time he asked me if I was annoyed b it because I always gave him a look. He seems like he cares sometimes because in the past I got super pissed at him and he asked me why and all. Once he sent me a perverted text, but it seems like he knows when I'm annoyed and stops whatever it is. It makes me question if he likes me too... But then I'll always text him first and he only texts me first for homework questions... But it also might be because I always pay attention in cl and know what I'm doing half the time. Lately I tried texting him and he didn't respond at all. My friend texed him too (for me) tobinvite him to go with a group of people (including me) to hangout but he never responded and acted like nothing happened during cl. Did he ignore it on purpose? Does he like me or just using me? He does make me laugh and smile a lot so what does it mean? He's so confusing.....
