i am going to start boxing at home. i dont have time to go to the gym, so im going to get a bag, gloves and shin guards to start doing some boxing and kickboxing in my living room. im not in the best shape.. do u have to be in shape to box? ive never done it befor, so i'm not sure what to expect. any extra boxing/kickboxing tips you may have would be GREAT. thanks!
