Freelotto.com, is it real? or is it a scam? please help.?

So I was watching tv a while ago, and registered at free lotto.com and i get an email saying I can claim 1 MILLION dollars... I don't wanna believe it just because there's a lot of scams out there. Has anyone won? If so, did you have to return it? is it real? or is it just to get money out of people? Please HELP!
