Would you join this religion?

I've never been a big fan of god or this jeebas guy but I'm thinking of starting my own religion for tax purposes. Tax exemption is a tempting carrot that god is dangling and finally it has sucked me in. That old Hubbard fellow was a science fiction writer then created a religion with spaceships and all that, and even Tom Cruise jumped on board, so I can just make up any old crap, right? And I won't need any proof or evidence or anything, it seems to be conveniently absent in religion. It's too good to be true. Tax freedom here I come. Four hundred and ninety-nine more followers required. Get on board!
