Bad word in chinese? I don't know what it means!?

I have a friend who recently moved here from Hong Kong and always says this bad word. I can't spell it in chinese, because i dont know how to write it on my computer. It sounds like "Say Poe Guy". i hope this is clear enough. If you can figure this out it would be helpful. thank you!
