Is a Nissan Figaro a good first car?

I would go with a Honda. Nissans car parts are usually more higher than any other foreign car. As for insurance it really just depends on the company and the policies you get. Like you could just have liability on it and nothing else like collision coverage or uninsured motorist policy and it would be cheaper than it would be to have all the policies in effect. Call around get quotes.
